Eligibility and accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.
Credits and usage
Credits are consumed when generating comments. Credit packs are one-time purchases and expire after the validity period shown at checkout.
Purchases and refunds
Purchases are processed securely through our payment providers. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase only if no credits have been used. Once credits are used, purchases are final. Disputes may temporarily suspend access until resolved. Review our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.
Intellectual property
ReportRemarks and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the service.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. Generated comments should be reviewed and edited by educators before use.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReportRemarks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
