Refund Policy

ReportRemarks sells one-time credit packs that are consumed when comments are generated. We offer a free trial so you can evaluate the workflow before purchasing.
Refund eligibility
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase only if no credits have been used. Once any credits are used, the purchase is final and non-refundable.
Refunds typically take 5-10 days to appear on the customer's statement. Refund amounts exclude Creem platform fees and may exclude other processing fees.
Disputes and chargebacks
Payment disputes or chargebacks may result in temporary account suspension while the issue is reviewed.
How to request a refund
Contact support@reportremarks.com with your Order ID (e.g., ord_...). Our team will review eligibility and respond as quickly as possible.
